A personal plan for the life I’m building. Sleep is the first focus; the other areas are starting points, not completed achievements.
Better sleep gives you energy, focus, mood, discipline, and a stronger body. Before changing everything, make your sleep solid.
You do not need a perfect routine. Begin with these simple rules and practise them every day.
Keep your wake-up time consistent, even on weekends. Your body clock becomes stronger when it knows when the day begins.
Go outside soon after waking. Natural daylight helps set your body clock and makes it easier to feel sleepy at night.
If you nap, keep it to 20–30 minutes and take it earlier in the afternoon. Long or late naps can make nighttime sleep harder.
A cooler, darker, quieter room tells your brain it is time to rest. Turn off bright lights and reduce unnecessary noise.
Do not make your bed a place for scrolling, studying, or worrying. Train your mind to connect bed with sleep.
Eat a lighter dinner and give your body time to digest before bed. Very heavy or spicy late meals can disturb sleep.
Give yourself at least 30 minutes without phone scrolling. Read, prepare for tomorrow, or simply rest instead.
Do not force sleep. Keep a regular wind-down routine, then go to bed when your body is ready.
“A strong day begins the night before.”
